Made to Order

All items are produced specifically for each order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer’s remorse.
Please check size guides carefully before ordering. Once production starts, the order is locked in.

Custom gear works like that. No loopholes. No magic undo button.


Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items (Your Legal Rights)

UK Customers

Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if an item is:

  • Faulty

  • Damaged on arrival

  • Not as described

If this happens, contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the issue

Once confirmed, we’ll replace the item or issue a refund. No arguments, no drama.

International Customers (Including USA)

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, the same rules apply. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we’ll sort a replacement or refund after review.


What We Don’t Cover

We don’t accept returns or refunds for:

  • Wrong size chosen

  • Colour choice regrets

  • “Didn’t suit me”

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused after delivery

This applies to both UK and international orders.


Refunds

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider and are outside our control.


Shipping & Delivery

We are not responsible for:

  • Courier delays

  • Customs delays or fees on international orders

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, a re-shipping fee may apply.
