All items are made to order. Once you place an order, it enters production before being shipped.
Processing times typically range from 2 to 7 business days. This can vary depending on product type, order volume, or peak periods. Good things take a minute.

Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Tracking updates depend on the carrier and destination and may take a short time to appear.
Customs & Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These are set by your country and are the buyer’s responsibility.
We don’t control customs. They do what they want.

Incorrect Addresses

We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned, re-shipping fees may apply.
Lost or Missing Orders
If your tracking hasn’t updated or your order appears lost, contact us and we’ll look into it. If confirmed lost in transit, we’ll work with you on a resolution.
